Branded parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Work we fabricate or fit in Rowville is covered by the workshop as well.
Exhausts, suspension, wheels, lighting and other shelf parts follow the brand warranty printed on the product. Keep the invoice. Claims start with us — email hello@supremeautocustoms.com.au with the order number, the fault, and photos.
Where a product lists a workshop-fitted warranty, that cover applies only if we fitted the part. Fitting done elsewhere sits with that workshop and the manufacturer, not with our labour warranty.
In-house fabrication, paint, cages and tuning are warranted against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date we hand the car back, unless the quote says otherwise. Crash damage, neglect, and work we did not do are outside that cover.
Incorrect fitment after you leave, off-road abuse the part was not sold for, tune files we did not write, and missing service intervals on parts that need them.
Do not keep driving on a failed part if it is unsafe. Book the car back to 22 Fulton Drive, Rowville VIC 3178 or send photos first if the car cannot move. We will confirm whether the claim is manufacturer, workshop, or both.
