These terms cover parts bought on Supreme Auto Customs and work booked through a build brief. They sit alongside the Australian Consumer Law.
Supreme Auto Customs Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000) trades from 22 Fulton Drive, Rowville VIC 3178. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The catalogue can change without notice. Stock shown online is a guide — we confirm availability when the order is placed.
An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We may cancel and refund if a part cannot be supplied. Title passes when you pick the order up or when the carrier collects it from us.
Fitment notes and the vehicle checker are a guide. Confirm the part against the car before you cut, weld or torque anything. Workshop fitting is only included if you add it at checkout or we quote it on a brief.
A brief is a request for a quote, not a booking. Quoted work starts when you accept the quote and any deposit we ask for. Lead times on the site are estimates. Scope changes are re-quoted.
We are responsible for supplying the part or the work we agreed. We are not responsible for race use, track bans, or insurance outcomes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
